Q.- Do we have to mail Form 1095-C to all of our employees with health coverage?
A.- If you are an applicable large employer, Form 1095-C must be furnished to your full-time employees. If you have a self-funded health plan, Form 1095-C is also provided to all employees enrolled in coverage whether full-time or not. The form may be sent by US postal service mail or it may be sent electronically if the recipient consents to electronic communications.
