BAS is Preparing to Send ACA IRS Transmittals

For clients who have engaged BAS for ACA data collection and reporting services, BAS will be sending 2015 Form 1094-B and/or C transmissions to the IRS by June 30, 2016.  To ensure transmission of accurate employee information and minimize the potential for records being rejected, we suggest that administrators verify employee information (name and social security number) and confirm that the information matches the information on the employees' W2 Forms. If administrators find discrepancies with an employees name or social security number, please contact your master administrator to make corrections.
