Master Administrators can make Corrections to ACA Forms in MyEnroll.com

For employers who have engaged BAS for health care reform data collection and reporting services, BAS offers the ability for Master Administrators to make corrections to ACA forms within MyEnroll. This functionality is limited to Master Administrators only, so that any potential changes to your tax filings are thoroughly reviewed and approved before submission to the IRS.

Master Administrators can make changes to lines 14-16 on Form 1095-C and can change any demographic information on both 1095 Forms B and C. You can then download the forms straight from MyEnroll, or you can choose to have the forms re-printed and re-mailed for an additional fee.

To make corrections to these forms, log into MyEnroll.com with your administrator user ID and password. After you have logged in, click on the “Compliance” tab, and then click “Employee Setup Data Approval” in the left toolbar.  Select the location of the employee you wish to edit and then click on the name of the employee. Once you are on the employee’s screen, you must click the button “Unlock- For Form Correction” to make corrections to the Forms.
