Wellness Program Credits

MyEnroll360 can assist an employer in administering a wellness program in which the employer offers credits or plan alternatives for participation.

The wellness program provider can send a file to BAS identifying all approved wellness program participants. BAS will upload the file into MyEnroll360 and use the information to identify benefit plan options or credited premium amounts per employee, as applicable to the structure of the wellness program. Wellness files may be sent to BAS in any desired interval (e.g., weekly, monthly, semi-annually, annually).

If an employer does not require employees to complete open enrollment each year, MyEnroll360 may be structured to apply credits to wellness program participants even if the employee does not log into the system.
