Information Sharing and Analysis Organizations (ISAOs) are groups that facilitate the sharing of cybersecurity information between the private sector and federal government. The idea originated from an Executive Order earlier this year.

The University of Texas at San Antonio has been appointed to create standards for establishing ISAOs. The goal for the appointment is to expand efforts to share cybersecurity information and reduce the impact of cybersecurity incidents.
