As part of its standard security protocol, BAS provides security awareness and training for all employees, including managers. Upon hire and annually, all workforce members must participate in HIPAA privacy and security training.
BAS President, General Counsel and IT department regularly review training based on the evolving responsibilities of the organization. If new items require training, BAS will offer the training either through IT department communications or formal training sessions.
BAS stays up to date on evolving security and privacy matters and makes sure its workforce does as well.
