All employers must take steps to reduce cyber risks. According to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, cyber readiness requires a holistic approach including creating a culture of cyber readiness. CISA released a Cyber Essentials Starter Kit to help employers create a cybersecurity strategy and ensure employees are invested in protecting the employer’s cyber footprint.
