Q.- Are diapers eligible for reimbursement from a health flexible spending account plan?

A.- Regular infant diapers are not considered a medical expense eligible for reimbursement from a health flexible spending account plan. Diapers are also not eligible for reimbursement from a dependent care FSA. Adult diapers and other incontinence supplies are generally eligible for reimbursement from a health flexible spending account plan with proper documentation.
