Q.- We have a part-time employee who will not be eligible for our health coverage. Does she have to get a 1095-C form if we send forms to our full-time employees?

A.- No. If she is a part-time employee working fewer than 30 hours per week, (130 hours per month), is not eligible for health coverage and is not offered health coverage, she will not be provided Form 1095-C.
