Q.- We have an employee who reduced her hours and lost eligibility for our health plan. She enrolled in COBRA coverage and has elected to be treated as an assistance eligible individual. She just terminated employment (voluntarily). Does she lose her ARPA COBRA premium subsidy?

A.- No. She is entitled to COBRA due to her reduction of hours. Reduction of hours is a qualifying event that entitles her to ARPA premium assistance.
