Q.- We have an insured health plan. Will our COBRA continuants get a Form 1095 from the insurance company to show they had coverage?
A.- Yes. If your plan is fully insured and if former employees had coverage with the insurance company in 2020 through COBRA, the continuants should receive Form 1095-B from the insurance company documenting the months they had coverage.
