Q.- We are getting ready to send our 1095-C forms. We have a full-time employee but she waived health coverage. Does she still need to get a Form 1095?

A.- Yes. If you are an applicable large employer required to send Form 1095-C, you must provide a form to all of your full-time employees to show offers of health coverage.
