Q.- May I use funds in my HRA to pay COBRA premiums? I know premiums are not eligible to be reimbursed from a health FSA.
A.- Yes, as long as it is permitted under the terms of the HRA. Medical plan premiums paid under COBRA are eligible HRA expenses.
