Q.- Can we email our 1095-C Forms to our employees? 

A.- Form 1095-C can be sent by email to employees only if the recipient affirmatively consents to receive the statement in an electronic format.  An individual may consent by paper or by email, but if the consent is on paper, the person must also confirm by email. 

You cannot email the form without the advance consent.
