Q. - We have fewer than 50 employees. Do we have any ACA filing responsibilities?
A.- Maybe. If you offer a self-funded medical plan, you will have to file a Form 1095/1094-C to provide information about coverage. If you have a fully insured medical plan, your insurer will have the ACA filing responsibilities.
