Q.- We are an employer with 51 full time employees, but we have a fully insured plan. Do we have to file anything for health care reform? 

A.- Yes. You will be considered an applicable large employer under the Affordable Care Act. You will have to send Form 1095-C to your full time employees and you will have to File Form 1094-C with the IRS.
