Password Requests

MyEnroll.com's secure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery model for benefits/administration requires a unique user-id and password for access. 

Forgetting a MyEnroll.com user-id or password is not a problem. Simply go to www.MyEnroll.com and click the hyperlink text "Request User ID and/or Password." 

BAS offers two ways for users to obtain their user-ids and passwords: 1) view online (only available for employee logons) or 2) obtain via email. Each time a password is requested from MyEnroll, the user will be required to authenticate their identity. A temporary password that is only active for 12 hours will be issued, which will need to be reset upon logging in to MyEnroll.com. 

Please remember that your MyEnroll password is unique to you. Do not share or display your password.
