MyEnroll.com offers employers who have engaged BAS for health care reform data collection and reporting services the ability to now add an ‘IRS Legal Name’ to their account. This new field within the MyEnroll.com compliance module is particularly helpful for employers that have adjusted the legal location name to a more identifiable name for billing and daily MyEnroll.com useage. The ‘IRS Legal Name’ will be used for ACA forms purposes, while the ‘Organization Name’ will be used for billing and MyEnroll purposes.

To add an IRS Legal Name to your account, log into MyEnroll.com with your administrator user ID and password. After you have logged in, click on the “Compliance” tab, and then click “Account Setup” in the left toolbar. Simply type in your IRS Legal Name in the second row and click “Save”.
