MyEnroll360 Termination Controls

Controls in MyEnroll360 allow clients to limit who in an organization may terminate employees in a specific class. For example, an employer may only want specific employees to be able to terminate coverage for executives. If this is the desire, MyEnroll360 can apply a termination control feature to the executive class at each employer location. Then, administrators who are permitted to make the executive terminations would be assigned a new role for “Client Administrators – Special Employee Termination Role.”

Employers may find the termination role a benefit to monitoring and controlling benefits and plan coverage changes.
