While users of MyEnroll can contact the BAS Client Services Department or their account managers for answers to questions, MyEnroll does offer a tool set for quick and independent resolution of issues.

System Help  

 MyEnroll360 includes a robust help system for each user interface. BAS also offers help system upgrades that allow clients to modify the system help with client-specific help including:

  • Textual Help
  • Video Help
  • FAQs Help

Knowledge base

MyEnroll360 will be including an optional Knowledge Base, which as a wiki empowers clients to build out useful content. This content can be specifically related to MyEnroll360 and/or content for any aspect of the client’s business. The Knowledge Base includes content templates (e.g., FAQs, Articles) to enable clients to create their content quickly and consistently.

Weekly Newsletter

Users of MyEnroll may also wish to reference the BAS Weekly News-to-Use publication to refer to past MyEnroll feature articles.
