MyEnroll.com incorporates best-practice security protections to prevent hacking of user logon credentials.

In accordance with the National Institute of Standards and Technology Series 800 guidance, MyEnroll.com will deny users access to the system when they fail to successfully log on after 5 consecutive attempts from any number of computers/devices within 10 consecutive minutes.

If a user is not identified in MyEnroll, the locked account will reset automatically after ten minutes. If an employee or administrator user is identified in MyEnroll, the locked account will reset after 15 minutes, and an email will be sent to the user advising of the locked account.

Administrator users’, who have not logged into MyEnroll for 120 days or more, accounts will automatically lock and may be reactivated by either updating their security profile online when prompted to after logging in, or calling the BAS call center and identifying themselves.

These security protections help avoid unintended access to MyEnroll.com.
