BAS assigns facility access to employees and visitors based on the level of access required to perform job duties.
BAS maintains the security of PHI in all forms throughout the organization and all facilities. BAS identifies the kinds of workforce members, visitors, and other external people who have physical access to BAS buildings. BAS has determined the allowed access areas depending upon employment needs of the individual.
