The IRS released draft Form 1095-C for the 2022 reporting year.

Form 1095-C is furnished by Applicable Large Employers to an employee who is full-time for one or more months of the year and to employees enrolled in self-funded health coverage. There are no substantive changes from the 2021 Form 1095-C. A copy of the draft form may be accessed by clicking here.

The initial release of 1095 draft forms serves as a reminder for employers to make sure they are gathering data and preparing for 2022 calendar year Affordable Care Act reporting.
