As open enrollment for calendar year plans approaches, employers may wish to consider a dependent eligibility audit.  MyEnroll.com supports an employer’s dependent eligibility verification audit, providing employers the ability to reduce health plan costs by confirming that only eligible dependents are covered under the plan.

A dependent eligibility audit can be conducted on a one-time or annual basis, as BAS’ Dependent Verification and Approval Services are tailored to the individual employer’s needs.

The employer informs BAS of the documentation that it will accept as proof of dependent status. Employees or administrators fax, scan or upload supporting dependent documentation directly into MyEnroll.com. BAS reviews the submitted documents based on the guidelines provided, and sends the employee an email with the determination. BAS can provide full reporting of dependent status to the employer, along with the opportunity for the employee to correct a declined submission.

For more information about BAS’ Dependent Verification and Approval Services, please email info@BASusa.com or contact your account manager.
