CCS is actively collecting qualifying event reasons for administration of the ARPA COBRA subsidy. CCS has emailed employers asking them to log into MyEnroll360 to see each individual whose qualifying event requires additional information. The employer must identify, for each individual, whether the termination of employment/reduction in hours qualifying event is voluntary or involuntary.
