Change to Web Address for COBRA Administrator Training Sessions

Cobra Control Services offers COBRA Administrator training sessions every Tuesday and Thursday. Training sessions are offered in a webinar format and are conducted by a MyEnroll.com COBRA administration specialist.  In each session, the COBRA specialist will demonstrate how to 

  • Access MyEnroll.com, the web-based COBRA administration system
  • Prepare Initial Rights Notifications for Newly Hired Employees
  • Prepare Qualifying Event Notices for Terminated Employees
  • View Your Employee's COBRA Account Information
  • View Employer Premium Remittance Statements

The specialist can also answer COBRA-specific administration questions. 

Starting May 1st, to join a training or refresher session, enter the web address: https://join.me/cobrajoinme.basusa.comClick the phone icon in the upper left corner and select "Call by phone”.  You may call any of the phone numbers listed. The conference ID/ passcode for the audio portion of the call is 671-456-258. Please enter your full name and click "knock to join".

The session will last approximately 30 minutes and are held Tuesdays at 10:00 am and Thursdays at 2:00 pm, Eastern Time.  

To assure the best possible online experience and the highest levels of processing accuracy, we require all administrators to participate in at least one training session before we issue their MyEnroll.com administrator User ID and Password.
