BAS provides ongoing security awareness and training for all employees, including managers. Upon hire and annually, all workforce members must participate in HIPAA privacy and security training. Throughout the year, BAS simulates “phishing” attacks and monitors employees’ actions when receiving the phishing emails. BAS also sends regular security training updates to all employees and requires the completion of frequent security training modules.

BAS President, General Counsel and IT department regularly review training based on the evolving needs and responsibilities of the organization. If new items require training, BAS makes sure employees are kept informed.

BAS stays up to date on evolving security and privacy matters and trains its workforce accordingly.
