BAS’ Client Services and Call Center are dedicated to providing a high level of support on a wide range of benefits administration needs. 

The Client Services team is made up of experienced benefits specialists who answer inquiries about open enrollment, COBRA administration, FSA claims, billing, and specific plans. Trained support professionals also assist administrators and employees in using MyEnroll.com. 

To provide support, the Client Services department operates a toll-free Call Center for all clients and also responds to email communications for increased convenience and flexibility. 

BAS’ Client Services team understands that your time is valuable and strives to offer detailed support in an efficient manner. The team regularly monitors a number of operational reports so that it can continue to deliver this excellent standard of service.
