Cobra Control Services offers employers a self-service reporting tool which is useful for Affordable Care Act compliance. Using the MyEnroll360 reporting tool, employers can generate a census of all active COBRA participants and use the data for ACA reporting needs.

To access the ACA Participant report, log onto MyEnroll360 with your administrator user ID and password. Click the top left box icon to open the menu bar and scroll down to the COBRA Service Home Page. Click on ACA COBRA Participants (brokers will need to first select the employer). Choose the start and end date for the report, then click “Get Report.” You can view the report online and it can be exported to Excel and Word.

If your company has not engaged BAS for ACA Data Collection and Reporting Services (separate contracting required), it is your responsibility to send any required 1095 ACA Form to people on COBRA in 2019. If you have separately contracted with BAS for ACA Data Collection and Reporting Services, BAS will send the required forms to COBRA continuants.

For more information about the ACA Participant report or to discuss contracting with BAS for ACA Data Collection and Reporting Services, contact your account manager or Service@COBRAcontrol.com.
