The IRS released the 1094-B/C and 1095-B/C rules and testing scenarios for 2020 ACA filings. The new rules provide ACA transmitters with direction on how to compose and transmit compliant submissions to the IRS.
BAS is reviewing the new guidance thoroughly and will be prepared to successfully compose and submit 2020 ACA forms to the IRS by the required due dates.
