MyEnroll.com's secure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery model for benefits/administration requires a unique user-id and password for access.
Forgetting a MyEnroll.com user-id or password is not a problem. Simply go to www.MyEnroll.com. In the upper right side of the page is a space for entering logon information. If you forgot your password, click the hyperlink text "Request User ID and/or Password."
BAS offers two ways for users to obtain their user-ids and passwords: 1) view online (only available for employee logons) or 2) obtain via email. Each time a password is requested from MyEnroll, the user will be required to authenticate their identity. A temporary password will be issued, which will need to be reset upon logging in to MyEnroll.com.
