W-2 Reports in MyEnroll360

Form W-2 must be provided to employees by the end of the month. Certain employers must report on an employee’s Form W-2 the cost of coverage under an employer-sponsored group health plan. Other employers are entitled to transition relief and do not have to report health coverage on Form W-2.  Refer to the IRS website (click here) for more information on reporting obligations. 

As employers prepare for Form W-2 reporting, remember that MyEnroll360 has reporting capabilities that will be helpful in preparing Form W-2 cost of coverage information, if you are an employer that must report.

The report generator tool in MyEnroll360 allows administrators to run a report identifying both the employee and the employer cost of coverage for a calendar year. The report is located under the heading “Premium Reports” under the Report Generator Tool.

To access the report,

  • Log in to MyEnroll.com using an administrator user ID and password.
  • Select “Reports” from the Quick Links menu in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  • Select Premium Reports Category.
  • Select which W2 Report you wish to generate

The report can be run online or may be exported to an Excel file.
