Q.- We are a large employer with more than 50 employees. Do we have to mail Form 1095-C to our employees or may we send it to them by email?

A.- If the individuals consent to receive the form by email, you may email it instead of printing and paying postage. There are certain rules that must be followed to send the documents electronically. Electronic distribution of Form 1095-C can save some employers a lot of money. If you use BAS for your ACA data collection and distribution services, contact ACA-Services@basusa.com for information about email distribution options.
