Q.- We would like our employees to be more engaged in their health care. Can we set up a Health Savings Account for all of our employees?

A.- Probably not. An individual must have high deductible health coverage (and no other coverage) in order to be eligible to participate in a health savings account. Only those employees who participate in the HDHP are eligible for an HSA.
