Q.- I read about a filing that has to be made with the EEOC by the end of the month. Is this something all employers must do?

A.- You may be referencing the EEO-1 filing due by March 31. An EEO-1 Form 100 must be filed by private employers with 100 or more employees and by private employers with 50 or more employees who have a government contract amounting to $50,000 or more. The filing requirements can be found on the EEOC website which may be accessed by clicking here.
