Q.- We changed our health plan January 1, 2018. Do we have to give any communication or document to the plan participants?
A.- If your plan is subject to ERISA, you must distribute a summary plan description to covered participants within 90 days after they become covered by a plan, or within 120 days after a new plan being established.
