A.- Homeopathic all-natural products may be eligible for reimbursement from a health flexible spending account plan if they are used to treat a medical condition and a doctor confirms that they are medically necessary. If the product does not contain an active drug ingredient, it may not be considered an over-the-counter medication which would (beginning in 2020) be eligible for reimbursement without a prescription. A Letter of Medical Necessity signed by a doctor would most likely be required before reimbursement.
