Q.- Should we be offering health coverage to all of our employees?

A.- Under health care reform, if you are an applicable large employer (50 or more employees), you will have to offer health coverage to all of your full-time employees or pay a penalty.  Small employers are not required to offer health coverage, and large employers are not required to offer coverage to employees who are not full time (130 hours per month / 30 hours per week).
