Q.- An employee is having her 15 year old niece watch her children this summer while she is at work. Can she be reimbursed from her Dependent Day Care FSA for what she pays her niece? 

A.- Yes, if there is proper documentation. You will need documentation from the niece identifying the times she provided care and the cost she charged for the care. She should also provide her social security number. 

Please note that the employee could not be reimbursed if her older child provided care for her younger child.
