In its continued effort to keep client data private and secure, BAS protects against computer viruses by installing anti-virus software on all computers.  These computers include employee laptops, PCs, Macs, and servers.

Significantly, many organizations only install anti-virus software on employee computers; however, all types of computers can become infected with viruses.  As such, BAS recommends following its best practice of installing anti-virus software on all servers as well.

BAS’ anti-virus software is centrally managed by its IT team.  The IT team ensures that the software remains up-to-date and installed on every computer, including new computers.
