Patching IT Vulnerabilities

The U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) along with the FBI issued an alert to IT security professionals encouraging them to patch commonly known IT vulnerabilities. They alert observes that it is not difficult to apply patches to known vulnerabilities and if companies take actions, malicious actors will have a more difficult time infiltrating and exploiting systems.

The alert identifies the 10 most commonly exploited vulnerabilities from 2016 to 2019. Along with detail on how to apply patches. CISA provides free scanning and testing services to help organizations reduce exposure threats.
