The U.S. government recently issued a rule extending the required timeframes for electing and paying for COBRA continuation coverage due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For clients that have COBRA services with Cobra Control Services, BAS has designed a new dashboard in MyEnroll360 which allows client administrators and brokers to view their COBRA continuants impacted by the new rule.
The dashboard, chart and reports are accessible from your administrator's user home page under the quick links menu. Log into MyEnroll360 with your administrator ID and password. Click the “download data” link to access the specific report you would like to view and download to an Excel file. If you have any questions, please contact your account manager.
