Location Billing in MyEnroll

BAS offers location billing services for employers with multiple locations. Location billing helps an employer bill and collect payments for insurance and other benefits coverages from the employer’s various locations. Copies of invoices sent to locations are available online at any time, through MyEnroll.com.   

Using the billing module in MyEnroll, administrators can view all current and past invoices. The billing module provides a detailed look at individual employees’ coverages and premiums for each location. A client administrator can easily view these invoices online and can also export to an Excel file.

To view invoices, log into MyEnroll.com with your administrator user ID and password. After you have logged in, hover over “Billing” in the top menu, then click on “Invoice History Details” under the “History” section.
