The address for mailing payments for continuation coverage, COBRA and retiree coverage administered by Benefit Allocation Systems’ Cobra Control Services (CCS) has changed. Premium payments should now be mailed to:

CCS’ corporate address has not changed. The only change is to the PO Box for sending premium payments. CCS has notified all active continuants of the lockbox address change and sent them updated payment coupons.
