The Client Services team is made up of experienced benefits specialists who answer inquiries about open enrollment, COBRA administration, FSA claims, billing, and specific plans. Trained support professionals also assist administrators and employees in using MyEnroll.com.
To provide support, the Client Services department operates a toll-free Call Center for all clients and also responds to email communications for increased convenience and flexibility.
