BAS’ telephone system can record telephone calls, based on contracted service levels. All Client Services agents maintain written notes in a participant’s MyEnroll.com account after each communication with an employee. These notes provide an auditable trail of call details and service levels.
Emails are responded to within one business day. Once again, notes are maintained in MyEnroll.com with respect to email correspondence.
Client Service representatives work closely with BAS account managers to have up-to-date information about clients accounts.
