MyEnroll.com allows plan administrators and their designees to quickly and easily request COBRA qualifying event notices, 24 x 7.

The plan administrator enters qualifying event data into MyEnroll.com, and when finalized, Cobra Control Services is automatically instructed to print and mail a COBRA qualifying event notice. Before the letter is sent to the new COBRA-eligible individual, the plan administrator and their designee(s) receive an email to confirm the details of the qualifying event. The plan administrator has until 8:00AM (Eastern Time) the following business day to notify CCS of any change(s) needed to the information in the qualifying event letter. This email confirmation gives the plan administrator time to correct any data entry mistakes that were made while processing the qualifying event in MyEnroll.com, before the letter is mailed.

For more information about requesting a COBRA qualifying event letter, contact your account manager or email service@cobracontrol.com. CCS holds bi-weekly training sessions on the COBRA process.
