BAS makes it easy to send and receive information to and from administrators through its Secure File Transfer capabilities. The MyEnroll.com Secure File Transfer interface provides users the ability to send sensitive information and/or large files in a protected, secure manner. The data is saved directly in MyEnroll.com, which provides the data all of the robust security protections of MyEnroll.com.
In the MyEnroll Secure File Transfer feature, users have the option to select a recipient from a pre-configured list. The user can attach a file and enter a subject and message, if desired. After the file is saved, the intended recipient is notified that a file is available for pickup. The recipient logs into the secure MyEnroll.com system and the file is available with the subject and message. The recipient can also see a history of files sent and dates accessed.
