How to Determine if Cobra Control Services received a COBRA Continuant’s Premium Payment

One of the most frequently asked questions that BAS receives from client and broker administrators alike is, “Did this COBRA continuant pay?”

While we are happy to review your COBRA account with you at any time, this information is available to you 24 hours a day on MyEnroll.com. Just follow these simple directions:

1. Go to www.MyEnroll.com.

2. Enter your User ID and Password (or request to have them sent to you via email).

3. Select the COBRA Administration module.

4. Select Participant Details from the left menu bar.

5. Use the drop down box to view all COBRA continuants’ information or enter the COBRA continuant’s name or SSN in the following format: Last Name, First Name or XXX-XX-XXXX.

6. Select the Continuant’s record from the list of options.

7. In the Section titled, Billing History, each monthly coverage period is displayed, along with the amount billed, the amount received to date, and the amount still due.
