According to Politico Whiteboard (a daily email available from Politico Pro service [www.Politico.com]) September 19, 2011, "Governor Lincoln Chafee has issued the executive order establishing the Rhode Island Health Benefits Exchange under the state's health department. The order said this move makes the state eligible to apply for a Level Two exchange establishment grant, which it plans to do by September 30, 2011."
